They are thicker glass than I thought in the pictures, but that's a good thing overall, not thin glass as typical glassware which is why I adore about handblown recycled glassware. I have been looking for quality, rustic glassware, heavy but not too large, to go with my Vietri dinnerware, which is white and is cast to look like handmade/thrown pottery. The edges of the Vietri dinnerware are tinged slightly darker than the rest of the plate/bowl/cup to mimic rustic edging. The Mexican glasses I purchased go perfectly with the dishes - they are weighty without being clunky and complement the table setting without distracting from my dishes. They are cylindrical (they don’t taper outward from the bottom to the rim) from top to bottom and have nice smooth rims. I am so happy with the quality of the glasses!! They are thick, look slightly imperfect, as do most hand blown glasses, and they have a slight tint (greenish but not green). They look exactly like the picture shown when I purchased them. They came well- packed in cardboard and a small amount of peanuts for cushioning. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for quality rustic glassware. Beautifully rustic. These glasses are superb and a pleasure to use. Color is pale green/gray, unlike many recycled products that have intense green or blue hues. They are clearly handcrafted- having slight variation in dimensions- and obviously blown, with a pontil mark on the bottom. They are thick enough to be sturdy, but not as massive and uncomfortable to hold as some other tumblers are. We have a number of recycled glass vessels, but these are far and away the most aesthetically pleasing overall. They are shipped directly from the supplier in Mexico and did take a while to be delivered. They are packed extremely well, but despite this, the box had several crushed corners and one tumbler arrived cracked. The supplier responded to an email about this within a day and has said they will send out a replacement. They also make a number of other recycled glass products that look very good. Solid glasses with a good feel in the hand (and I've a men's large-size hand). Small enough for a standard juice serving, but it gives that simple drink a festive feel. Could also use for half-servings of a cocktail. The thick glass will also serve as insulation if that is desirable. Also, kudos to the seller for not over-packing, and yet making the glasses safe for shipping! Read more

I just got these a couple weeks ago and all the cups have cracks in them. They are super weak and not durable. I wish I could return them it was a complete waste of money. Read more
