I’ve been using this chair for about a week now and I really like it. It’s comfy, supportive, and the high back with the headrest is great for long hours at my desk. Ya, thanks for not following delivery instructions... I left specific instructions to place the delivery behind our fenced back yard if we weren't home and of course, they just left the box by the front door. However, after putting the chair together, I've upgraded my rating. It's still not a 5 star because... 2 bolts were missing and the connections for the arms and seat/back were very difficult to line up. But the chair is comfortable and rolls very easy. It looks great and fits my 240 lb body well. Overall a good, solid purchase. Update. I do like this chair. Head rest is high enough for me to relax and enjoy a movie. The mesh back is cool. Seat comfortable. Looks good. This is probably the best office chair I have ever purchased. Took longer to assemble. But instructions were well done. Read more

UPDATE: May 2025 The foam in the seat cushion and arm rests wore out after a year an a half of 4-day-a-week use. Now I need to look for a new chair or come up with an additional seat cushion. The chair was great while it lasted, but now I am taking two stars off for poor longevity. I don't know if this chair can be called "ergonomic", since you can't adjust anything other than the height. I have a real ergonomic chair at the office, and I can modify lumbar support, tilt of the seat, angle of the elbow rests, etc. there. Not so here. However, this chair is super comfortable, and it works great for my 5'9 frame. It is so much better that the cheap chair I had at home before this, that it's not even in the same universe. I work from home most days, and so I spend a lot of time in this chair. It is just as comfortable in the end of the day as in the beginning. Also, I've never had a chair with a headrest before, and I am beginning to enjoy it. Assembly took around 25-30 minutes, taking my time to make sure everything is correct. The allen key necessary for assembly was provided, along with one extra piece of hardware of each type, which was thoughtful. I believe this chair would be a great addition to anyone's home office. The chair is very comfortable. It is very beautiful color and design. Also you can adjust the head rest and arm rest to your preference. It has lower back support which is great. It's a light weight, but very comfortable and stable chair for me. Leather cover makes it very relaxing while sitting on it. Adjustable arms is a good feature. Wheels moving smoothly. Everything looks good for this chair. I guess the designer put some works on this. Great! Read more
