I love these, they help a lot if your ears are itchy from dead skin or allergies or you get a lot of earwax build-up. I much prefer these to q-tips since they don't just rub earwax around and compact it down into your ear, you can feel that it is grabbing dead skin and giving a good itch at the same time. If you have super sensitive ears this may not be for you because they are scratchy, but once you get used to it they are fantastic. Read more
The product itself is good, 5 stars. My concerns are with the packaging. I thought it was common sense that anything used for personal hygiene should be kept absolutely clean for the consumer. These ear cleaners came in a box without any inner liner or bag inside to hold them. Looking at the other reviews with photos, I see this is the way this company packages their ear cleaning sticks. So how would you know if the box was opened and the sticks handled br someone else then returned??? This is the opposite of a good manufacturing process. It does little to bolster consumer confidence in this company's product. Originally, my wife purchased these locally and they did have an inner package protecting the product, ensuring it was clean and safe to use. That's what prompted this review. Let's get it together Clinere. You're selling a tiny piece of plastic for over $5. You can afford an inner bag for personal hygiene safety. I would hope the next ones we buy are packaged better and this was a contractual manufacturing oversight. Read more

This is a very affordable ear cleaning tool. I sent this Clinere Ear Cleaner to my son in England. He was having trouble with his ears and the doctor suggested that he try this ear cleaner. The earwax remover tools have a flexible scoop and fin to help gently clean the ear and remove the earwax. My son has used it for a week, and it has removed the earwax easily and safe. These are great. The only improvement needed is a limit disc to keep it from going too deeply. Be careful when you use it and it will work beautifully. I am a physician so I know how to use them and they are wonderful if used properly. I use an otoscope to check the ear canal in between uses (clean off excess wax between use) so that helps plan removal for people with lots of wax build up. Read more
