This device has some pros and cons. It can be used on the chest or between the legs. Depending on how you're "built" depends on how well it works. Pros are that it has a lot of different modes so that's nice. It's small and compact. Battery lasts a long time, easy to charge. It feels great. I didn't think such a "simple" thing would but it's awesome. Try using it on your chest while using another toy below. Cons...it's shit to clean. You can't really get water inside (the cups come off) because it could drip into the machine, and then it doesn't work well and tries to spit out water from the vent. It's near impossible to clean the tongue, and the cups are even harder to clean. The material they're made of just don't clean no matter what. They just get disgusting and fogged over and sticky no matter what you try. It's highly frustrating. Also, while the tongue movement is great, the suction is TOO powerful. As in...know how to quickly turn it off or you may be bruised. It's painful. More like a torture device than a pleasure one. It actually crumples the thick plastic cup, and that thing isn't thin or lightweight. All in all, if you can figure out how to clean it properly, and if you're careful with the suction (I put a finger on the side so it doesn't seal all the way, thus reducing the suction), then it's a pretty good product. I wanted to love this product - the whole idea of it sounds incredible, but the device fell far below my expectations. First and foremost the "vibrator" part of this device is tongue like appendage that wiggles rather than vibrates. The wiggling part of this makes a loud squeaking noise - almost like an old metal bed frame in desperate need of WD40.... The suction part of this device is interesting. There are 2 attachments depending on the area of effect you desire, one is oblong while the other is circular, and the suction power is strong. The suction part of this is also very loud, sounds like an old motor trying to come back to life. The sound of the suction and the "vibrator" parts of this device made it difficult to stay in the mood. I don't recommend using both the suction and the vibrator at the same time, as this quickly became painful for me. The suction is strong, and as long as you can get past the noise of it, can be fun. It'll pull your skin all the way into the attachment which brings your sensitive areas up over the "vibrator". When the tongue appendage wiggles around rather than vibrating. This causes a great deal of friction - even with ample amounts of lube - and was not pleasurable. I tried this device multiple times to try to get comfortable with it - I highly recommend using lube with this toy. Even with lube however, I felt numb and sore after my sessions, the kind of numbness you may expect from a hatachi wand. Since the device has been used I can't return it.
