What a great scale!!! The information in the Fitdays app is a wonderful incentive for staying healthy. Setting up an Excel spreadsheet to track the more than 18 categories in this scale measures and then copying it to Copilot to explain how am I doing has been enlightening. While it worked from the start for my wife, it failed to give all the readings for my measurements. Because of my dry hands and feet, I have to moisten it prior to making contact with the the sensors. Read more

This smart scale has the largest footprint I have encountered at 13 ½” (to 14 ¼” including handles) L x 12 ⅛” W x 1 ⅜” (to 2” at the readout) H. First, I charged the scale (for about 2 hours) using the included USB C charging cord. The digital readout is large (3 ¼” diagonally), bright, and clear, and attached to the furniture grade wood handles that can be pulled out and retract again back again neatly positioned above the body.to the scale body. Note: I had some minor issues gets the handle to retract but, in the end, it went back fine. I started by testing simple weight readouts; 5 different floor positions twice each for 10 total weights, and all were consistent. Next, I downloaded the “Fitdays” app per the instructions. While I am not a fan of app-dependent devices to be able to get full functionality, it is good to see the maker (“CLORIS”) designed this scale to work with an established, independent app that does not appear to be too intrusive and should continue to be around. I still am not an app fan due to privacy concerns. The scale connected very easily with the app and I had no problem trying it in the “Test” mode which does not require registration. Having tried several “smart” scales, I like what it can do at this higher end price point (but far from the $200 unit of a competitor’s that I tried and reviewed). To me it has more than enough measurements AND it works with an established 3rd party app rather than one developed by the maker. I normally shy away from app-dependent higher end devices but I will possibly end up using this one. I just hope the retracting handles are trouble free over time. [4.4 stars] Read more

This is not a regular bathroom scale; it gives you way more than just weight. Once you download the Fitdays app, you get access to a ton of health metrics, body fat %, muscle mass, water weight, and more. I counted over 20+ data points total. The setup was fast. It connects via Bluetooth, and the app walks you through everything. You just step on the scale, grab the retractable handle, and in a few seconds it sends the full body composition breakdown to your phone. Performance-wise, it’s fast and seems consistent across readings. The app saves data making it easy to track changes over time. Now, I’ll say this it looks advanced and the data is impressive, but I can’t fully confirm how accurate some of the deeper metrics (like protein rate or visceral fat) actually are. I’d say it’s probably directionally correct, good for tracking trends, but I wouldn’t treat the exact numbers as lab-grade precision. Overall, this is a well-built, feature-packed smart scale that makes health tracking more interesting and motivating. I’m giving it five stars for design, functionality, and the amount of data it gives you, even if some of the readings should be taken with a grain of salt. Read more

If you are looking for a digital scale with all the bells and whistles, this scale is probably the one. I am super-impressed with this scale. First, it is much more than just a scale. This body fitness scale measures many different date points of body composition using 8 different sensors at various frequencies. The measurements are taken both at your hands and feet. There is a handpiece you hold while standing on the scale. I have a few other body composition scales and this one by far gives the most data and I think it is the most accurate. I do not see a list of measurements in the listing but this is from the manual: Weight, Muscle Weight, Body Age, Protein Rate, Partial Body Fat, Body, Fat, Bone Mass, Muscle, Subcutaneous Fat, Partial Muscle Rate, Visceral Fat, Water Weight, Standard Weight, Height Record, Protein Mass, BMR, Without Fat (?), BMI, Degree of Obesity, BFR. If you want to measure more than just your weight, you have to download the app. The scale readout only shows your standard weight. The app is called the "Fitdays" app. You can scan a QR Code in the manual and the app will download quickly. Once you have the app installed, you register with your email address and input your statistics. Then you can start tracking your progress, or reverse progress in my case, sigh. The app connects to your phone using Bluetooth. The app also saves your data and makes it super-easy to share and save. While the scale is doing its calculations, it plays a little music. The music stops when it is finished and your results are ready. After the scale measures the data and sends it to the app, you can scroll through the app to see your results. What I really like about it is that it also shows you any changes from the last reading. No more having to write it all down. I think the scale and the app are worthy of 5 stars. The only critique I have is that the power button on the scale itself is very small. It is difficult to tap it with your toe, if that is what you are used to. But luckily, the scale turns on when I step on it and connects to the app. I am not sure you need to tap the power button. For the amount of data this scale provides and the in depth calculations, I think it is a good value. Read more
