So, I love this stuff, as any emitophobe would. Clorox's line of hand sanitizers kills Norovirus so that alone makes it a 5 star product for me. Everything else good about it is just a bonus. After learning that all these years the other types of hand sanitizers we were using did nothing for that evil bug out there, just knowing that this one does work, makes this a favorite. But for some reason I assumed this bottle was a hand wash. I think it's the spout that made me think that. It's not. It's a large bottle of hand sanitizing spray, and yes it actually does spray. It's not a stream of liquid or a gel. It has a wide fine mist to it and does an outstanding job of coating the hands. This is perfect for having in an office, for keeping in the cup holder of the car, etc. Now I also know what to order when Amazon is out of the little bottles that I buy for myself and also hand out to the family to keep in their purses, lunch bags, cars, etc. This is perfect for keeping in the car! Seriously the best hand sanitizer out there. No its not fancy like all the fancy viral ones out there but I am all about actual protection against illnesses and this is something I make my kids use every single day when they get in the car from school and anytime we are out in the public. Highly recommend this to ALL parents to keep on hand. Read more
I could not find rubbing alcohol (to make my own hand sanitizer) anywhere, so when this became available on Amazon, I quickly ordered one. Delivery was longer than usual because of our current fight against coronavirus COVID-19, but worth the wait—not that I had a choice. Came nicely packaged in plastic, no leakage whatsoever. Bottle has a safety seal under the cap. Pump is in plastic, too. Easy to assemble. It comes out as a mist. I noticed I needed to rub my hands quickly before it dried. No stickiness, no smell afterwards. Directions state there is no need to rinse off, which makes sense. Antimicrobial: This product is described as “Formulated with 71% ethyl alcohol and bleach-free” and “Provides broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.” I looked up antimicrobial to see if it helps prevent viruses. Here’s what I found: “The primary difference between antibacterial and antimicrobial substances is the types of microorganism they act upon. While antibacterial products prevent the development of bacteria, antimicrobial agents such as alcohol-based hand sanitizers prevent the spread of bacteria, fungi, and some viruses.” Read more
My allergic contact dermatitis loves that it is fragrance free. It does have the most pungent smell of any fragrance free hand sanitizer I have purchased. However as a preschool teacher I love the strength-all the viruses & bacteria this strong sanitizer has been teated to combat are ones I do not want to catch! The trade off is worth it to me & I will keep using & buy again & please do not add fragrance! But still, I did take off one star because every time I use it my daughter complains about the smell. Someday when she is a teacher she will quit complaining & use it too! Read more
I initially purchased this to take on a cruise back before the pandemic. I've repurchased a few times since then, using the large container to refill my small bottles that I carry with me. The spray formula vs. the gel is fantastic. It doesn't leave my hands feeling gooey and dries quickly. It also doesn't dry out my skin like the gels do. Obviously I don't have scientific evidence, but anecdotally it seems to work really well! Definitely recommended if you're not a big fan of the gels. Read more

Great sanitizer, especially for vehicle use. Perfext for this coronavirus pandemic. The bottle fits perfectly in my car's cup holder, so when I get in the car I can simply press down and spray my hands without fiddling with a bottle of thick gel. Yes, the main ingredient is isopropyl alcohol. Yes, its liquid. But the pump bottle is high quality and can be refilled with rubbing alcohol or spiritus or other liquid hand sanitizers that can be found in bulk right now rather than the typical gel sanitizers that are a pain in the butt to fiddle with and contaminate your pocket or the sanitizer container itself during this pandemic. The pump spray bottle alone is well worth the money let alone the 16.9oz of sanitizer that its filled with. And to those whining about the expiration date, mine is good for another year, and alcohol doesn't lose its effect of killing germs so stop whining, whiners lol. Read more
