Everyone that says this product is loud or doesn't work needs to send theirs back and get another one. Mine is awesome works great and only is loud if we are cooking. My house was like at 120 bad air quality it ran for a he is so and we were down to 4 it is very noticeable going into my house how fresh and nice the air is inside now. I only have this one in the living room and I can notice some difference room to room so I plan to get the smaller version to go in each bedroom and one in the dining area by the kitchen. This thing works knocks out the kitchen smoke and most of the smell quick I mean you can still smell the food but not the smoke or anything and once the food is out away the food smell goes away fast. I bought this not thinking it would do much, but was pleasantly surprised. Normally the digital readout is in single digits. I live in the northeast and we have had some poor air quality days from the forest fire smoke out of Canada. The numeric readout for the air quality and on the hazy days from the smoke had jumped up quite a bit, close to 100 with my doors open. Once we realize where the poor air quality was coming from, we closed up the house and eventually got the air quality down to under 20. And when the air finally cleared in a few days it was back to single digits. Also another unexpected improvement was the reduction of dust in the house. In the past I had to dust on a fairly regular basis but with the air cleaner running it has all but eliminated that chore. Remote operation only works if connected to Alexa, it does work fine manually too since it's basically turn on and forget about it. It's hard to discern in the listing, but the 11011 model (find that in the "Product Information block in the listing) has the Alexa wifi feature. There is no manual timer on this model. If you want a manual timer instead, there is model 11010 which has the manual timer settings. Also, the 11011 and 11010 have the same 10" x 10" footprint. The smallest footprint and height-wise is the 11030 which is 8.74"D x 8.74"W x 14.65"H I gave it a 4 star for minor gripes. 1. It says whisper quiet, which is true for the lowest fan speed and kind of for the next highest speed. However, speeds 3 and 4 are quite noticeable in sound and powerful. 2. It's not a heavy unit, but it would be so much easier to pick it up if they had designed it with lifting handle inserts on 2 opposite sides. The material is a bit smooth and lifting it out of the box is a little trial and error. Mine is in a small office space and even though there is a bit of house dust on things, it shows green for best air quality. I'm now purposely blowing dust around near the purifier as I clean but it stays green. Maybe I just have teeny dust! I can really only hope the air is getting cleaner and that it will reduce the dust accumulation rate. All in all, happy but not 5 star happy yet. Read more

I bought the medium size since it came with air quality sensor built in. When I plugged it in, it was very low around 05.. whenever it senses something bad like smoke or odors with auto, it’ll change fans to keep you in good air quality. I keep this in a sprinter van and it might be oversized but it works nicely and is efficient. Definitely an upgrade from my old Honeywell 10 years ago. This new tech is worth the buy. I’ve had it about a month and I’m about 18% done with the filter. Connected easily to Alexa and lets me know what’s going on. Read more

I live on the top floor in my apartment building, the lady below me smokes unfortunately and I was at my end of knowing what to do, I have a 3 year old and I do not want my child breathing that in, as his father and I do not smoke, and would never around him even if we did. I’ve tried to talk to this lady very kindly but she is extremely rude as she’s been here the longest and feels entitled, I honestly had zero hope and decided to try something new, a air purifier, this air purifier came already assembled thankfully, and I plugged it in and set it up on the Alexa app, as you can see in photo 1 the purifier shows poor air quality that is because she was smoking and it was seeping into my apartment and also I had just plugged it in, the next photo 2 is the app only 5-10 minutes later showing good air quality!!! The air instantly smelled better and I started to feel like I was able to breath I felt so congested before plugging this in, I am buying 2 more one for the living area and my sons bedroom!
