I bought PS4-ADJ from Amazon. There were no instructions but we managed to put it together anyway but the 4 little adjustable knobs were missing (look like little faucet knobs). We do not want to take it all apart, repackage and send back for a replacement, so we contacted Econoco directly by email and asked if they could just send the 4 knobs to us. They replied within 24 hours and within 2 days we had the missing parts. By the way, the product looks great and is very sturdy and is well worth the money. Mine came with all the pieces, easy to put together. I wanted something to display clothing to sell that I could easily roll to where I needed it instead of carrying. This clothes rack is sturdy, well made, easy to assemble, and attractive. I have it out in the master bedroom, so I can hang things to pack for trips; or to hang freshly washed clothes before I put them away. Ordered twice. Missing main parts each time. Both boxes that came in were absolutely destroyed- holes in both and parts sticking out of the cardboard. VERY disappointed. I received it last night on time and assembled it this morning. From a machinist viewpoint the taps were clean and straight so screwing in the 1 1/4 inch pipes was a snap. Screw-in casters came with donut washers and lock washers 4 ea. and a handy thin wrench proved to make its assembly easy. A picture is provided to show you the final assembled T-stand. This is a quality product well worth the money. My guess is it could hold up to 300 lbs. of winter coats. Read more
