This worked wonderfully. I have really sensitive skin so I was very much opposed to using creams for YI issues. I never had a YI in my life until recently after using a potent antiobiotic which caused a fungal infection. Diflucan (150 mg pill) was not strong enough; it suppressed the infection for several days but it returned once the Fluconazole was out of my system. Two pills ended up working but they definitely lose their effectiveness very quickly. This 3-day Clotrimazole was great even on my sensitive body. I heard from so many women and reviewers that Monistat/Miconazole products burn and cause so much irritation so I was not about to try that. Someone suggested this and I have to say it was pleasant - I had zero side effects; only relief. I get very mild infections so I have no external issues or traditional discharge but the symptoms I DO have were relieved within minutes (burning urination, light thin discharge). Three days later all was clear as promised and remained asymptomatic four + weeks later. I like that the cream is thick enough that it stays in place so it can absorb properly. I also like that they provide 3 applicators. The 7-day version (Taro brand Clotrimazole in 1%) has only 1 applicator. Total hassle. Would highly recommend this to any woman with YI fungal issue. This contains a different antifungal medication than Monistat (clotrimazole vs miconazole). I think this one is also a higher percentage/stronger dosage. I was using Monistat 7 for all my needs but noticed it wasn't effective on a recent flare-up. What I had was pretty mild but it was persistent. I went through two boxes of Monistat 7 before I did some research online and decided to order this. After 3 days (rather nights) of using this one... I'm all cleared up. I used this for a persistent infection. It was itching and burning inside the vaginal canal, you know the canal that we get periods and I didn't have any idea why it started because I was always clean and living by the rules like using cotton underwear, not using any soap but only water, showering daily, careful with hairlessness of the area. It started out of nowhere one night at home. But yes yeast infection visited me badly. It was tingling inside. It was itchy inside. After reading other ladies here I got this. How do I use? Wash the area with only warm water, no feminine wash or baby wash. Lay down with no underwear. Pull the cream into the tube. Insert into your vaginal canal up to the point you are comfortable inserting. Push the cream into your vagina by pressing from the top, think like a nurse injecting, with provided tubes every night consecutively 3 days before bed. Once cream is administered inside your vagina, try to stay in bed, don't get up if possible. What do I mean? Put the used tube on the floor, deal with it in the morning. This cream stayed in me around 8 hours. From 11 pm to 7 am. From the first day it stopped the tingling and burning. Since that day it didn't reoccur. I know it's a disgusting feeling to deal with yeast and reason can't be finger pointed always. I recommend using this before boric acid remedy. The tube amount is enough for 3 days. Read more
