Really flavorful and delicious. The product needs to be stirred well so I found it easier to remove it from the jar and place into a larger container. The jar has a narrow opening so it was impossible to stir it without transferring to another container. Read more
The clotted cream arrived when I opened the bubble wrap there was a slimy coating on the jar . I tested the hoping of the seal and it was not sealed. The jar had a spoiled oder to it. Item is listed as not eligible for return. Read more
This product is what clotted cream should be. The seller delivers a consistently good product, NOT spoiled like I got from a different vendor. It did arrive melted, but I stuck it in the refrigerator for a few hours and it clotted up just fine, the way it should be. The jar is a little small for the amount you pay and the smaller opening makes it a little difficult to get it out, but nothing too bad. Not the easiest to spread because clotted cream isn't exactly a "spreadable" in the way that, say, lemon curd is. Still, nothing too frustrating to manage. I love clotted cream and really appreciate that the jars I ordered from this seller have never arrived spoiled. Highly recommend. Read more
In the past, I purchase this product from the store, and unfortunately, due to the safety issue. I am unable to go to the store, but it’s a great product and you can use on fruits. During Ramadan, I will be using this product. Read more
The taste was a bit off due to it arriving frozen and clumpy. Once it defrost the clumps stayed and was very hard to spread. I would rather get it from the from whole foods myself Read more
I like the product very much. I've ordered this product before from a different website it was sent chilled and was in very good condition. Amazon did not send it chilled and it wasn't creamy at all. I had to chill it then warm it up to room temperature. I had to stir it, I had to chill it again, I had to bring it to room temperature again. It finally was in the state it should be in to use and eat. Again the product itself is very good, but the way it was shipped it was not immediately user-friendly at all. It tastes great once I finally got it into a form where I could spread it on scones. Read more
Seal was broken and product spoiled. The outside of the jar was sticky where it obviously leaked at some point. I was hoping to get lucky but should have listened to other reviewers. Read more
