I wear slippers a lot and I purchased this pair thinking that the raised sides by the soles would last. I had worn these only a month, maybe a month a week, when I discovered a rip on the sole, near the edge of the shoe. When I contacted the seller about possibly receiving a replacement, and then sending them photos, they said that the hole was "normal wear and tear". I got to thinking about this afterward and realized that...if the bottom ripped after only one months' use, and was considered "normal wear and tear", then these slippers aren't made very well. They offered me a discount on a new pair, but I'm not going to waste my money on them, not if they only last for a month. Read more
