The media could not be loaded. I live the fact that this package came very well wrapped. It was wrapped in a vacuum sealed plastic and a plastic over that. Once I opened it there were care instructions for the pillow. I followed the over night instructions and the pillow was very fluffy the next day. The color was vibrant.
