I bought these and another pack that were a little more expensive. These aren’t as stiff as the more expensive pack but they still opened my 4yr olds nose well and I noticed less mouth breathing. The reason I tried these was because the stiffer more expensive ones hurt my daughter when taking them off they were so sticky she cried. These weren’t as painful to remove so I think these are great for more regular use especially since you get more for less. I’ll keep the stiffer ones for when she’s sick and really congested but I prefer these. Read more
