Im very very disappointed with my bag. I've had it since July 31st and this morning I realized my Coach hardware had fallen off. One side had fell into my bag and the outside coach sign was in my car thank goodness. However it just keeps falling off. Which I find complete BS and a waste of $250 and I'm super upset about this SO BEWARE NOT THE BEST BAG TO PURCHASE. GO TO THE ACTUAL STORE YOU'LL BE COVERED WITH WARRANTY. Read more

The coach emblem did fall off within a week of having the purse. Other than that it is durable, especially for a working mom, it’s perfect. The color is cute and neutral and it’s big enough to put all of my stuff in it. Read more
