This is NOT coach quality. It's absolutely a Coach outlet item being resold and up charged as a Coach store item. The entire feel of this purse is cheaper and is Outlet quality. I regret not doing more research and I should have paid more attention after clicking the Coach store on Amazon. I thought all items were sold directly from Coach. That is NOT the case.
