I was disappointed in my selection of this Coach bag. It isn’t the Coach leather I’ve been accustomed to; it’s much too small and serves none of my needs. I still want and need a black Coach bag that I can carry as a primary bag now and 10 years from now (when I’m in my 80s). I was attracted by price - it was affordable. Read more
The purse itself is beautiful but it arrived without a handling bag and was scuffed. I was offered a $45 refund which I accepted only because this is a xmas gift and its too late to order another one. I hope we can buff the scuff out. I will never purchase a Coach purse on Amazon as I need to be able to deal directly with Coach regarding damaged products. Read more
