This Coach Brooklyn shoulder bag is truly a beautiful bag. It is elegant, but not over the top like some other bags. This is a large shoulder bag and can carry many items. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear on your shoulder. I was a little surprised that there is no complete zipper enclosure. There is only a small magnetic snap, but it does not fully secure your items inside. You can still reach in around the snap enclosure to grab what you need. There are no pockets on the outside of the purse, and the only spot on the inside of the bag is a small pocket but it does not have a zipper either, only a snap. The description on Amazon says that the spacious interior has a removable zip pouch. My bag does not have a zipper on the entire bag, inside or out and there’s definitely nothing removable inside my bag either. The pocket inside is sewn in and you can see that from the photos I’ve attached. This is a gorgeous bag and perfect for what I need it for. It’s made out of 100% cow leather and has a natural grain and is very soft and smooth. It comes with a lovely silk/satin bag for storage to keep the leather dust free and protected. Read more
If you want a designer-bag that balances style, space and everyday utility, and you have a medium to taller frame (or you carry a lot of items), the Coach Brooklyn is a strong choice. However, if your frame is petite, you mostly carry light essentials, or you prefer maximum security in your bag (zip closure, etc), you might want to try the smaller size (28) or consider other styles.
