The bag is great to use when you don't need to carry a lot. I like that the color is more cream than white and there is some texture to it rather than flat, it gives the bag depth. It looks and feels luxurious and light. There is a secure zipper to make sure that the bag stays closed, good for potential theft when going out/traveling; I like that I can just leave the knob untwisted as well if I want easier access. I did not find myself struggling to open and close the bag at any point during use. A bonus is that the COACH logo isn't easily visible but still engraved by the gold buckle and keychain for those that don't like to flaunt logos. It is a timeless and versatile bag that can be worn with many outfits and will come in handy long term. I gave the bag 4 out of 5 stars because it is a bit small inside. I brought this bag with me to a wedding and I stuffed it with all my essential items like I typically do with my other bags (card, lip gloss, feminine hygiene product, pill, eye drop, etc). I found it slightly difficult to grab items from the bag; I had to take things out in order to get to certain items, it has to do with the structure of the bag being tight and the inside being small. Given that, I recommend this bag if you plan to carry only a few items with you. It is a bag that was crafted well with attention to detail. Read more

My daughter received this for Christmas. Within a week the clasp fell off and so did the tags. The quality is very poor. I’m pretty confident it was a fake—also came packaged in a plastic bag and the overall quality did not match Coach products. Read more
