Loooove the way this looks! It’s also very sturdy. I have a room as a closet and this rack holds a LOT of my clothes and remains strong still. Other racks would fall right over within a few weeks of having them because of the weight of all my clothes. For that reason, I contemplated which product I’d order. I didn’t want to end up buying a more expensive rack and it still not be able to hold the weight of my clothes but this product is worth every penny. It has made life so much easier for me. I have an awkward utility closet in my apartment that I really wanted to turn into a coat closet without losing the ability to store things like cleaning supplies and suitcases in it as well, so I was looking for something tall and with shelving built in on top and bottom, in addition to a rack for hanging. This checked all my boxes and fit into my closet exactly as I’d hoped. The top shelf in particular is really key—my ceilings are high but I don’t have much storage spare in square footage, so being able to utilize all of the space above and below where my coats are hanging is really helpful in keeping my place organized. This shelving unit is really nice. The packaging is VERY secure, so make sure you have very sharp scissors to cut through all the heavy-duty zip ties. Putting the unit together (once I had the hardware, more on that below) was relatively easy. It is super customizable to what you need, but I do recommend figuring out ahead of time where you want the shelves to be before putting it all together. It can hold a lot and is super sturdy. The unit is very tall, so it definitely creates a lot of much-needed storage. The cost is a bit high, but for the amount of storage space you gain, it is a good value. Now, the 5 stars I gave this are based on the PRODUCT, not on how it arrived or on events after. ***This part of the review has nothing to do with the product itself, but their customer service*** I caution anyone purchasing this, as mine DID NOT come with hardware to put it together. I read all the other reviews and even though there were no pictures of the hardware, they apparently had it since they were able to put the whole unti together. I was in communication with the manufacturer and they were very good at responding. I am disappointed that they did not have the required hardware to send to me. I was able to purchase the shelving clips so that I could at least put that together, but this shelving unit does NOT have the standard measurements (aka the screw size and bar diameter). This made it very difficult to find the correct hardware. In the end, they let me purchase a different unit and reimbursed me for it. And to reiterate, the rating of 5 stars is for the product itself. I do not fault the product for not including the correct hardware. I recommend this for anyone needing additional storage, but I caution purchasing this particular one due to missing hardware. Read more

I have been scouring the Internet to find something this size and this (with sale for 64$) is a GREAT buy. I tried two various setups, first one was what I wanted originally, second photo is following the directions with the tier at the base. It’s a little wobbly but with the toys I have on top it helped add sturdiness. I like that these poles twist in place versus just stacking on top of each other. The metal rods are thick and are attached to a magnet. Overall, I’m really really happy with this purchase and I like that I can take it apart or move it as I wish with the wheels. The hooks were a nice bonus. I really wanted them and they weren’t pictured. However, they are pictured in the manual, so I was surprised and relieved to see them in the box. Zip ties that hold everything together during shipment are heavy duty, I was struggling with my brand new fabric scissors. 10 out of 10, though, for the price point, I think it’s a good buy for some small simple organization.
