The media could not be loaded. I really love the look and style of this coffee table! It is very heavy...which is a good thing. It was some effort moving the box into the house when it was delivered. From what I was able to see while putting it together is that it is made mostly from solid wood. Assembly was relatively easy. You use the included Allen wrench. There is a small sleeve of bolts and washers. I laid out all the parts, and followed the illustrated directions. There are not that many pieces to worry about. Once assembled the table is super solid. It is (as I have mentioned) heavy, so it will not slide around your room. The cross braces also add to the structural integrity. My only gripe... it that was a visible chip in the table top. I think this must have happened during transit. We were able to use a furniture marker to cover it up. Aside from that... this is a great table. It will look good in most decors. I think it is priced right, especially when you factor in the shipping was free with my Prime membership. Read more

This table is pretty! But I, a 23 year old female college student, had a bit of trouble putting it together. First of all, it's decently heavy. So taking it out the box was a little tough but nothing was broken! Everything is packed tightly. I got all the parts and they numbered them so even a child could see which piece goes where. Fast forward to step 3: up? Down? What?? I couldn't tell what in the world that sheet was saying. I mean I have a college education and I really had no idea. At this step I watched the video in the reviews. Once you apply the long black support piece (ignore my ignorance) you can definitely see how the other 3 work. In the last picture I just wanted to say I used the insert piece to keep the screws in place while I connected the bolts. Lastly: it looks exactly like the picture. It's definitely made for 4 people it's not cramped. I needed something cheap for my studio apartment so hey why not? Read more

I hunted high and low for a cute and affordable table that was small enough to fit in our kitchen. I just kept coming back to this one. Despite the mixed reviews, I just went for it. Overall, I'm super pleased! It looks adorable in our kitchen and the style fits so well with the rest of our things! Pros : - The price, of course! - The size! It's perfect for my fiance and I to share a meal at. We don't have a ton of room to spare in the kitchen but this table fits perfectly. - SUPER cute! I'm so pleased with how it looks. Cons : - Scratches easy. While I don't have any scratches on the top yet, the bottom is a MESS just from assembly. I'm hoping the top doesn't scratch as easy but we will definitely be very careful. This is the whole reason I took off one star. - Assembly was... interesting. It only took me about 45 mins but I spent a good portion of that staring at the directions confused. It may have been easier if I had someone else helping me figure it out. - It was wobbly. I just threw a felt pad under one of the legs which fixed the issue but it shouldn't really be an issue to begin with. - Unless you have SUPER short chairs, your legs probably won't fit under the table completely because of the brackets. This might be a bigger issue if your table is in the middle of the room but ours is against a wall so sitting sideway-ish is actually comfortable and somewhat preferable. - Definitely not white. It's a creamy color. Not a big deal to me but if you were looking for something that is actually white, look elsewhere. While this piece isn't perfect, it's SO much better than eating dinner on the couch every night. I'm happy with my purchase, and would definitely make the same decision over again. Read more

I almost sent it back! I spent almost four hours trying to put it together. I realized I was doing it wrong, un screwed everything and gave up.I tried again the following day. The instructions are accurate, but not detailed enough. Just take your time. Once you have the long metal part sticking into the legs (legs face out) place both screws to kind it hold it in place. Then put both x metal parts on, ten screw on bolt. Do each leg then go back and tighten everything. When I finally figure out how to do it correctly it took less than 30 mins. I’m glad I kept the table! Looks amazing! All stars for the table itself. (3 stars for Assembly, it’s is annoying. Need better instructions) Read more

This is a very nice looking table, and it’s great for a small space which is what I needed. HOWEVER, this table is an unholy nightmare to assemble. As other reviews have stated, the instructions are basically completely wrong and just useless. Look for the mustache man and follow his directions. Aside from the directions being wrong, some of the hardware was the incorrect size. None of the nuts were the right size for the screws. It looks like, from the instructions, at one point the table came with 2 different size nuts and screws, and then they started just using one size screw but used the wrong size nut. I ordered a replacement and had the same exact thing. SO just a quick trip to the hardware store to fix. Now that it’s all said and done I’m still happy with the table but it was a pain. Read more
