Fantastic! I love these boots! I searched for a pair of quality boots for quite some time. I am not disappointed. They are comfortable right out of the box—no breaking in necessary. Update: I have determined that Cobb Hill is associated with Rockport Shoes. Still haven’t spoken to anyone but I think there is only 1 thin gore on the back of the boot that is man made material. This is better than the last ones I had because it had man made material on both sides, from the zipper to the back of the boot. Wearing with pants, there was constant friction so they began to peel. I think these will be winners! I have had these Cobb Hill Presley boots on my wish list since last year and am glad they are still available. Because I previously bought and paid nicely for a pair of "leather" boots that had 2 sections of the shaft that started peeling (obviously NOT leather), I wanted to get these and see what the material on all parts of the boot were made of, even though I selected genuine leather as my search filter. I tried contacting Cobb Hill both via email and phone. Email was rejected and phone is some recording about a medical device or I get a message this number (an 800 number) can't be called from my area (in Mississippi). This is concerning but unless I find another boot that meets my leather, heel height and round toe requirements, I will keep them and hope for the best. Read more
