This mat is the perfect size for my front door. The colors are bright and fun! I think it's so cute and welcoming for the front door. It's not soft due to the material it's made from but it is easy to clean. I just dump water on them and let the sun dry it out. The back is rubber so it stays in place and seems like it will hold in place even with high traffic. It's a durable and functional rug. I'm really pleased for an outdoor rug Read more

Good plain doormat. It is very rough and easily knocks off dirt and debris. It does shed a bit, but all mats like this do. I wouldn't say it is easy to clean as when it is wetted the mat discolors and releases a lot of dye or some other brown colored liquid. The mat is durable though and stands up well to the elements besides the discoloration. It is a perfect fit for your regular sized home door, and great for an apartment too. You can also use this inside the house for multiple functions. My only gripe is there is some portions where there are what looks like sticks integrated into the mat. I'm not sure if the coir is just clumped together, but it certainly looks and feels like sticks. You can't tell unless you're looking closely at it though. Read more

This is a nice, thick entry way mat that looks great outside of a front door. My family loves the colors: Vibrant and playful without being too ostentatious. The quality of the mat is great. For such a reasonable price, I was expecting a thin piece rug, but this is a legit mat. Easily over an inch thick. Sturdy and heavy enough to use for feet wiping. The heavy weight really keeps it in place too. No slipping or sliding around once on the ground. Overall, I can't think of any negative about this mat. Good job! Read more

I've had this coco coir mat at my front door it's held up well. The flower design is cute without being too cutesy, and it actually does a good job trapping dirt before it gets tracked inside. The mat feels solid and heavy - it doesn't slide around or flip up when you wipe your feet on it. I like that it's natural material and not some plastic thing. It's held up fine through rain and snow so far. Cleaning is pretty easy. I just take it outside and give it a good shake or hit it with a broom every couple weeks. When it gets really grimy, I'll hose it off and let it dry in the sun. One thing to note - it does shed a bit at first, so you'll see some fibers come loose for the first week or two. Also, the edges aren't perfectly finished, but that's kind of the nature of coco mats. It's a solid doormat. Does what it's supposed to do and looks good doing it. Would buy again. Read more

I had higher expectations for this mat. It works, and it’s lightweight and easy to handle, but it’s much thinner and less heavy duty than I expected based on the description. If you’re looking for something sturdy or long-lasting, this might not meet your needs: after a few uses I noticed it flexes more than I thought it should. That said, if you just need a light, inexpensive version for occasional use and you’re not asking it to be heavy-duty, it should be fine. Overall this feels more like a budget-grade product rather than a premium one. Read more

The colors on this mat are bright and attractive, just like the photos. The size is accurate to the listing, but once placed against my doors, it felt a little small. That one’s on me...I should have measured first. I do think the rounded shape contributes to that smaller visual footprint. For reference, my doors are standard U.S. sizes. I placed this mat in front of a covered back patio door, where it’s been used daily for about a month by both humans and dogs. While it stayed covered from direct rain, it did see regular moisture from shoes and dog paws. The dogs had no issues with the texture under their feet, and the mat stayed firmly in place without shifting at all. It’s on the heavier side and doesn’t slide, which I really appreciate. After about a month, the design has faded more than I expected. Structurally, though, the mat is holding up well and should last several more months. There wasn’t any noticeable shedding at first, but over time I’ve started to see small coco fibers resting on top of the mat and a few around it. Nothing excessive, just something worth noting. My photos include the mat when I first received it, and after one month of use. We deal with a lot of sand and loose dirt here, and the dense coco bristles do an excellent job trapping debris. Much more dirt stayed on the mat instead of being tracked inside compared to standard door mats I’ve owned. Shaking it out is quick and effective. The thick rubber backing (around 3mm) feels durable and adds to its stability. So while the design has definitely seen better days, the performance has surpassed my expectations. I would repurchase this mat specifically for its dirt-trapping ability, even knowing the decorative element fades over time. If you’re looking for a smaller, sturdy, highly functional mat, especially for high-traffic areas, this is a solid choice. Read more

You know those moments when you wished that you had a video camera running? I had one of those yesterday when our female cat jumped onto this entry mat, WIPED HER PAWS, then ran into the home. (See the message on the mat!) Well, actually she was clawing it--but come on ... In the photo you can see the old red doormat still on the landing, under the new mat. I never saw her clawing at that one. I think the difference is that she senses the natural fibers in the new mat. The fibers on the natural mat are deep and thick, which do a MUCH BETTER job of cleaning the bottoms of shoes (and cat paws). It does shed a bit, as natural fibers tend to do. We don't mind that a bit -- they will just add to the organic fibers in our soil when we sweep them off to the sides of the landing. I considered dropping a star due to the shedding, but since its naturalness is more important to us, 5 stars it is. Read more
