This is a delicious add in to your regular margarita! I just use a small amount (teaspoon) per drink and it gives a tropical creamy flare. My wife likes her pineapple (piña) juice, and don’t get me wrong, I enjoy unadulterated pineapple juice myself. However, coconut is an excellent, sweet, addition juice…. Hence the purchase and now I can make my virgin piña colada! I may see if I can use it for makingIndian food as well😉!
