I was skeptical to try pulling oil. While there are mixed feelings as to whether it will help with dry , mouth, I was pleasantly surprised. This product is light and doesn't taste like oil. I'm able to swish it as directed. I've noticed improvement in my dryness, and while not a cure, it helps. I do not like the stopper on the top, but thankfully wasn't too hard to get off. Read more
