We have a pillow which is fairly bulky in size and actually measures slightly more than 18" square. It fits in this pillow case perfectly, because it stretches slightly. It makes it very comfortable. The fabric is very plush and looks great. I wish it came with more than one because there are others which have a multi-pack and most people have more than one pillow. When this COCOPLOCEUS velvet pillow cover arrived, my son opened it and asked me why I got such a tiny blanket. This really is like a super soft blanket or bedspread, and the zipper is so cleverly hidden that he'd missed it (despite cuddling with it for a while). The fabric is lovely, it's thoughtfully made, and the entire thing feels very high-end. The color is not quite as turquoise as it looked on my screen, more of a muted teal, but beautiful nonetheless and it looks great on my grey velvet couch. I would definitely buy this brand again.
