Adorable, rugged, functional, but a tad overpriced.
This canteen has it all. The size is small for a youngster, but holds quite a bit of water. It's easy to refill but the "lid" stays securely in place when it's seated. You have to really want to open it, and my grandnephew would not be able to do that on his own. (That's a good thing!) We took this along on our family vacation and the two-year-old loved it. There is a bit of a learning curve - he kept trying to push the button to flip the lid open but his other hand was preventing it. My sister loved it so much she wanted to get these for her grandkids but she was deterred by the price. As much as we all love this dinosaur canteen, we think it's overpriced at $33. Read more
Fantastic quality, better than expected.
Adorable little canteen. Ordered for my 6 year old and she loved it. She has insisted we take it everywhere since we've gotten it in and I even spot her wearing it around the house. The strap is adjustable and appropriately fits kids and adults. Canteen is easy to disassemble to put in the dishwasher. I couldn't figure out how to take off the lid initially so I've included a picture of the removable section. Every part of this canteen is great quality from the giftable packaging to molded silicone and woven strap. Not only would I recommend it, I am likely to pick up another style. Read more
