Wrong description. Used item was sent.
Description is saying that it’s stainless steel, but it’s plastic. Maybe only bottom plate of it is, but also doesn’t look like. The way it was packed, internal and external scratched, handle, box have signs of wear-out. All of that shows that it’s a used item. Read more

Not a US plug
I was excited to find this item, but was disappointed when it arrived and it turned out to be unusable in my US home. It would probably work with a plug adapter. However, when I contacted the seller, they IMMEDIATELY responded to my message and resolved my issue, including a sincere apology for the misunderstanding. If you add a converter to this plug (or perhaps change out the cord), it would very likely do just what it says it will do. The bottom plate is steel, and the body is a very hard plastic that I have seen on electric kettles in the past. If I manage to get the plug changed out, I will update this review with regard to how well it works. Meanwhile, I am giving it 4 stars based on component parts and customer service. Read more
