Arrived in a smallish double-thick corrugated cardboard box that looked a bit dopey, but all contents were excellently packed and had zero dings. The wood grain is actually well-done by the manufacturer & is pretty convincing even though we know it's a paper thin imitation over particle board. The matte black finish on the metal pieces looks all right. We took a careful look at the welding and it does appear to be satisfactory for the task it is asked to perform. Assembled easily in 20 minutes just slow-pokey diddling along. Every piece needed was included plus one extra wood screw. Always assemble with just finger tightening of bolts & screws, and you can't go wrong with the tiny adjustments needed to get all the parts aligned just right. Hilariously enough, any attempt to rush things along will be absolutely blocked by the included Allen Wrench, which fits EXACTLY into the bolt/screw heads and really cannot be handled skilfully at all with any sense of hurry. AKA don't play speed metal when putting this wee bugger together. As for the screws that go with the bottom shelf panel, might be a nice idea to rub a little candle wax on the threads first. They squeak a bit when they go into the snug predrilled holes. All in all we're satisfied with this silly but useful bit of a table. Read more

I like it a lot. Specially for the price I actually using it as the side table by my couch, but when I have my friend over, I move it and use it as a coffee table. very light, very sturdy. Even if it doesn’t last long, it’s still worth it. I didn’t pay much. Read more

This is a sturdy little table. The only complaint I Have is the two boards that make up the top is the finish does not match up well looks like its 2 different table tops next to each other. I'm going to use it to set a dollhouse on so it works for me top won't be seen but if it was I would have to paint it it would bug me. Read more
