Fantastic look from designers at Cole Haan. I got this golfing polo shirt so I can take on business casual brunches or step in the office on the weekends when needed after playing golf. I really appreciate the cool comfort fabric and the 4-way stretch of the material - as it helps out in many different physical situations - especially when playing golf - as I am a bodybuilder and have a bigger muscular build, so the stretch really is a plus for me. The color is sporty and nice, but still also subtle, so it can be worn practically anywhere that keeps a set of professional looks and standards, and also keeps me comfort and cool thanks to the weave of the material and the fabric’s technology behind it. I got it in a size large and it fits me perfectly and I recommend this to anyone who wants to update their wardrobe with some sporty/country club looks. I’m really impressed with this shirt overall. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and feels high-quality, with clean stitching and solid workmanship throughout. It fits true to size and looks sharp, especially with the bright white accent lines on the shoulders and sleeves—they add a nice, sporty touch. A couple of minor downsides: it’s a bit thinner than I personally prefer, and the “navy blazer” color is lighter than what’s shown in the photos (somewhere between the blue and navy options). I've been fortunate enough to have tested just about all the big-name brand's clothing over these past 18 months, and this shirt lands itself right near the top of the list for fit, comfort, and quality. You can tell there is a robust QC department at Cole Haan's production facility. The shirt arrived neatly packaged and upon inspection, was flawless. No stray threads or fly aways. The subtle logo on the back placard is classy looking. The fit is exactly true to size, I took a M here for my 5'10" 175 lb. frame and the cut is beautiful. The Aegean blue is an amazing color, and this has just become one of my favorite polos. I literally wore it the day after I received it and landed several compliments. Wow, this polo is every bit as nice as, and maybe even nicer than, some of the RL polos we have owned. I ordered the blue one for my hubby, and it is a very handsome shirt. The darker blue accent against the lighter blue fabric gives it a really smart, polished look. The material is soft, wrinkle-resistant, and feels great quality. The collar lays nicely, which always makes a difference with polos, and the fit was true to size. It looks neat and put-together without feeling stiff or overly dressy. I honestly did not even realize Cole Haan made polos. I always associated the brand more with shoes, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Now that I know, I would definitely order more. I got this shirt for my husband to wear to work. He's an engineer and prefers to wear thin polo shorts with his work pants as they're breathable and more comfortable than thick cotton shirts. I do have to say that I have never heard of this brand (I'm clueless about anything in fashion) but I think $98.00 for a simple striped shirt is just absolutely ridiculous. It is a very nice shirt. The material is the same as moisture wicking shirts that are sold anywhere and everywhere, so it helps keep him dry when he's bouncing all over his workplace and working up a sweat. The shirt looked like it was just a solid shade of baby blue when I looked at the online photos. But in person, its actually baby blue with white stripes in between the blue ones. There are also 2 dark navy blue lines on the shoulder areas, and I'm not sure why. I'm guessing it's just a little extra color or something to make it appear more unique, but that's just my guess. The sizing is accurate as I ordered an XL for my husband and it fits him exactly the way he likes it. It's not tight whatsoever, and leaves just enough to tuck into the waistband of his pants. I've had no problems when washing and drying this shirt and it looks and feels well made. Overall it is a very nice shirt. I just think the price is insane. Read more
