Do not buy if you work in a quiet environment. Great shoe but noisy.
The shoe is very comfortable maybe one of the most comfortable Cole Haan shoes I’ve ever own. I bought both the brown and black pair same time. The cross sole material is pretty cool but after several uses they are noisy. My concern is a persistent squeaking or squishing sound emanating from both pairs of shoes during normal walking. This is particularly problematic in a quiet office environment, where the noise is distracting to both myself and my colleagues, causing considerable embarrassment. The sound is loud enough to be the subject of unwelcome comments. Is there anything that can be done for a refund or Is there anything that can be done for a refund or replacement for a different pair? I look forward to someone reaching out to me. Read more
