The back of the brush is like sandpaper on the inside of my mouth, very uncomfortable to use. Will be using these for cleaning the sink instead. Read more
The manufacturer packing was damaged. My toothbrushes were exposed. Read more
I have healthy gums, I don't have gingivitis and I have fairly white teeth as it is. I bought this tooth brush because it looked like it could be pretty good at cleaning my teeth, it looked more advanced essentially. After my first use with the tooth brush (A full 1 minute 30 seconds of brushing) the gums above my top front teeth started to tingle and become very irritated, I used my mouthwash afterwards and holy hell did it sting and hurt. I looked at them and they were turning white like a layer of my gums had been removed ! I've been using tons of other toothbrushes and NEVER have I EVER had this issue, no matter how hard I've brushed with them. I think it's because the points of the bristles are so fine and stiff that they act like little needles. Either way, the second day now I decided to use my old tooth brush and my gums were still raw and in pain, I couldn't even brush them, so I'm gonna go a day or 2 without brushing and only using mouthwash, floss and whitening strips to give them time to heal. I will not ever purchase this type of Colgate toothbrush again, other colgate brushes are fine. I advise if you also have this type of pain please let others know in the comments below. I've read other reviews of people having this same issue. Read more

This brush works way better than the sonic brush I paid 50 dollars for. It's crazy how you can save money but just trying a cheaper item. However my only complaint is that the brush is not as soft as they say so be careful if you have sensitive gums. But with the right toothpaste, it will definitely save you money on cleaning. The bristles are long and not much, and there's obvious gap in between, which causes the toothpaste stuck between the bristles... It's really annoying to clean very thoroughly deep in between the roots of the bristles. Read more
The toothbrush has longer pointed bristles around the edges that are supposed to give you a deeper clean but these sharp bits stabbed little holes in my gums even with gentle brushing. The handle gets more slippery when wet more than other brands I've tried. Will not be repurchasing. Read more
