I'm happy I bought this my teeth where really sensitive to chewing on ice or drinking soda. Anything cold hurt my teeth but after brushing my teeth for 2 week with this tooth paste my gums and teeth felt better. Now I am able to drink cold beverages! Drinking warm soda sucks.
