Colgate with arginin is the best solution to sensitive teeth. This ingredient is not widely found in the USA so it is necessary to obtain overseas. Pro Argin Colgate stopped my gums and teeth from years of sensitivity. I use regular toothpaste to clean, then lightly apply this gently. Within a few weeks it solved the problem and in general, I do not need to use it anymore. I now only use a couple of times per month. I have super sensitive teeth. I've tried other sensitivity pastes that just didn't work for me. So far, this paste has been a game changer. Yes, it's small and pricey, but you don't have to use as much as they do in commercials, that's just for show to entice you. Also, if you have super sensitivity, use this paste with an extra soft toothbrush. I'm very heavy handed and this helps me not to be so hard on my gum line. I would say try it for yourself. I tried Colgate Sensitive as AquaFresh Sensitive is no longer made. I've never been a fan of Colgate, they are too pasty which I can't stand. What I'm pleasantly surprised is it is smooth/creamy not pasty. Taste wasn't bad and left a clean feeling after using. The sensitive aspect is okay, not as good as AquaFresh. I have been using this product for years and it really has worked extremely well. So when i ran out i purchased this new "Plus" product as it was the only version that i could order. The old version was very difficult to get out of the tube but it really stuck to your teeth and worked immediately especially is you took a little paste and put it directly onto the tooth in question. Well this one is anything BUT difficult to get out of the tube-mine was very thin and runny and while it DOES work, i have to use much more and the tube is very, very small. I am not going to get into grams vs ml as it is like comparing apples to oranges depending on density but the tube is small. Also the tube does NOT say how much Arginine is in this product so once again a great product gets an overhaul for i guess less product for more money so if you find any of the old product around, i would purchase while you can.
