This product is exactly as shown on the product description. Compared to other skin and hair supplements, this really packs in everything you want and nothing you don't want. For one, the collagen from marine, bovine, and poultry are different, with each having a unique benefit at the cell level - so being able to have all of these in one capsule is great. This is not a vegan product and vegan collagen exists - there is controversy around whether it's a good substitute for animal based collagen. I am mainly vegan and have found this non vegan product to be effective at improving my hair/skin and nail strength. Since this 500 mg has a 30:1 extract ratio - you have to compare it with 15,000 mg (30 x 500 mg) equivalent to want you get from a powdered supplement. I found it really easy to open the capsule and add to my smoothie yesterday versus taking the capsule. The biotin, vitamin C, Omega 3, organic hydrolyzed Keratin, Resveratrol, and hyaluronic acid make this one capsule so much easier to take and I can still take my multi-vitamin because there are no vitamin A, B vitamins, iron, etc. The 150 day supply also makes this a really good deal. I'm surprised by the skepticism regarding this company. They have been around since 2007 and are actually a well regarded and respected company in the supplement field. I think it's a good idea to research before assuming or jumping to conclusions. So, my review ...I have been using a pricier collagen supplement but it is a powder you mix in juice or a smoothie. Some days I forget or i don't feel like tasting it even though it says it's unflavored. I read that to see real effects of taking collagen supplements, was to take daily, over 30 days. No I am not spending $60 every month on powdered collagen (which is the cost of the one I use now), to see results. The price is unbeatable for the quality and quantity. 150 day supply is wonderful! Maybe not as strong as my powder supplement but also way more affordable, quicker/easier to take and better than nothing at all. 5 stars sotalix!
