I did 4 giant loads of laundry the first time I used this, and to my surprise, all 4 loads FIT in this hamper after it was done in the dryer. The material is super strong and durable (doesn't seem prone to rips and easy tears), and I was able to rely on the handles to carry the hamper all the way back to my studio apartment. (Other products rip apart easily, especially with how heavy clothes can be.) This hamper is so versatile, you could use it for laundry, a road trip companion to put in the trunk of your car, and honestly, even a little play pen for a pet rabbit or other small animal for when you want to take them to the park. I'm happy it's marketed as a laundry hamper because this is the best laundry hamper I could've ever asked for (makes my life a whole lot easier when menial things like this help me to do life admin conveniently and efficiently), but you could honestly repurpose this product for what you need it for. I love that this has 2 carry methods, the end handles to carry like a more traditional laundry basket and the shoulder straps to free your hands. Our laundry is in the garage so I appreciate the flexibility with carrying when walking between garage and house. Also feels thicker and more durable than the regular pop open laundry baskets so it seems like it will last longer. Price was great too! This lightweight foldable basket is wonderful! I have arthritis and picking up and walking with anything is a challenge. This basket is just what I needed! It has straps to carry things over your shoulder and soft flexible handles to allow you to carry it with your hands without being painful!
