Excellent travel water bottle. The bottle is lightweight and easy to pack and carry. The plastic is fairly thick and does not tear easily or seem flimsy, I was not worried about leakage while using it full. Filling is a little tricky, as it does not stay sturdy while filling under the water bottle machines at an airport -- but this is likely to be a problem with any collapsible water bottle, and given the design and thickness of this particular bottle, I think it's probably one of the sturdiest designs since it is a thick walled plastic and not a little bag. The square design does make it a little hard to fit into tight water bottle slots on a backpack, but if you have a more elastic/stretchy water bottle slot then it fits just fine. This collapsible water bottle is exactly what I needed at a low price point for traveling and hiking. It is very lightweight, easy to fold down when empty, and the silicone material feels durable. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it is more than adequate and leakproof as advertised, it can be a little flimsy to hold when it isn't completely full—but for the price and convenience, it's a great value! This is a great little bottle for hiking and travel. It is the perfect size for holding while walking, and it fits in a bottle holder on a backpack. It folds up compactly and easily, and stays that way with the included strap. It seems really durable and well-designed. I used it on a recent hike in conjunction with a Camelback to carry an extra 20 oz of water and to be able to add an electrolyte packet separate from my main water supply and it was perfect. When it arrived I washed, rinsed, and dried it well before the first use and did not notice any smell or flavor in/on the bottle. Read more

This would’ve been 5 stars because of the portability of this bottle, but it might not dry out well - raising the issue of hygiene problems. The manufacturer does give great cleaning advice on how to deal with this though.. Also, the material is kind of hard & it doesn’t crush easily as pictured..a good regift. Read more

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is a little smell in the bottle when you get it and it tends to linger after washing it. However, there isn’t any weird taste in it when using it. It is leak proof, and makes traveling with a water bottle easier. I like the design of it and love that it collapses, making it easier to store when not in use. It does keep ice cold in, but will melt fast if it is very hot outside. However, great investment if you’re always out and about and also for airport use if you don’t want to keep buying high priced airport water bottles. Read more

I like that one bottle comes with a twist-off top and the other has a straw, giving you options depending on how you want to drink.
