It definitely has a taste to it and man it over powers your drink lol it’s best to just get a flavor hahaha HOWEVER, I have only been taking it for a week or so maybe 2, not sure how I’m supposed to to feel yet but I’m still alive lol it dissolves fairly ok, there’s not lumps, so the texture is fine. Truly smells terrible and clumps. Tried it in juice to help disguise the awful smell/taste and it didn't work. I looked at many combo supplements and I went with this brand because it had so many benefits in one scoop.
