Awesome ring. It has different tracking functions like Sleep so you can see how well you are resting. You can check your Oxigen level or heart rate. It is waterproof, so if you like to swim it can track your daily goals. What I also like is that it has different gesture control. Battery is great, i got mine yesterday and it still has 96%. Love it! It’s great so far and easy to set up! Some reviews mention that it runs out of charge fast on the first charge and this is correct! But after charging again I’m getting a 3-4 day charge! Just set the readings to every 30 minutes instead of every 5 and you’ll be good to go! The rose gold is pretty and more of a gold tone. Matches “yellow gold” stacking rings perfectly! Super nice ring. It is very accurate. I tested it with my Apple Watch and they were both almost the same on everything. I got it yesterday and used it all day yesterday and today and the battery life is at 86%. It works great and the ring is true to size. It is 100% worth it for the money especially because there are other rings that do the exact same that are over $300.
