1st off, these bags are relatively small for being 4gal bags. They barely fit a 2 gallon bucket and I am not sure they would hold 4 gallons of anything other than compressed cotton balls, however they do work for my intended use. They are also relatively thin, however most bags of this type and size are thin. They are not designed to hold sharp or heavy items. More like tissues and empty TP rolls etc. I would give them 4 stars but the lavender bags do not have a pleasant scent. To me, they smell like old lady perfume. You know, the kind that overpowers everything and burns the eyes when she walks into the room because she coated herself in 2 ounces of the stuff. Maybe the other scents are more pleasant, but I cannot recommend these bags, unless of course you are one of those old ladies. Toss a couple of these bags in your purse and you can save a boatload of money on your "perfume." Read more
