I love this stuff... It does such a great job getting into the edges of the keyboard, and pulling dust off the computer side where the fan pulls air in. (Swipe with a cloth, then use this to get in the grille.) I will advise that the last container I had, though, something moldy was growing when I went to use it again... I've always kept it in the cabinet of my desk - at least three in the last 5 years or so, and this is the first time I ever had something grow in it. (I'd actually only used this last container a few times, and was shocked when I unscrewed the lid and saw greyish-green... it had grown into about 1/3 of the container, at the top.) But usually the container lasts me at least a year or so - I only use it around the computer to get in those crevices where a brush won't work or can't get in, and toss it when it starts leaving more behind than it picks up, or (in the case of the previous container) "breaks down" and no longer adheres to itself, leaving a mess behind. That's the sign it's time for a new container! Great product - ordering more next time I make a purchase from Amazon! Read more
Works great but I wasn't prepared for the consistency that it has. It's like the snot slime you'd get for kids and it really wigs me out when I touch it so instead I make my partner clean my keyboard for me with it, lol. All in all great buy, was fairly cheap so well worth the money spent. It comes in a small container but has the ability to be stretched and flattened to take up half of a 70% keyboard. It's very lightweight, has no discernable smell outside what you expect slime to smell like. No assembly required, and seems pretty durable. I'm not sure what else you could use this on so unsure of how versatile it may be. Read more
Works with some modification - Originally bought this and it was too slimy/sticky to use. Attempted to get a portion in my hands to "knead" as per directions but was unsuccessful and just ended up with a mess. Decided to troubleshoot it and added some cornstarch (~4tbs total probably) to try and get it to be a bit less sticky. Worked a bit but not much. A quick google search suggested that baking soda would make it a bit less sticky. I moved the slime to a bigger container that I had empty, added about a tablespoon of baking soda, stirred, and poof! Perfect slime! Worked great to help detail my car. I found that rolling it along a surface or dabbing it is the correct technique to avoid leaving residue/clumps behind. Rubbing it along a surface leaves pesky clumps, but rolling it back over usually picks these up fine. Read more
Amazing will buy again.. after using don't save it in reality, You're only going to use it once but it back in the jar and by the time you go to use it again it's expired and it's just liquid that gets in your keyboard and potentially damage it so just throw away after every use but it doesn't amazing job and you can use it on your entire house before you have to throw it away I learned this after buying it twice first time I saved it and I opened it up a month later and it was gross and nasty and could damage electronics The second one that I got I used on walls I used on my sinks my electronics models because I paint models and it works amazing for getting stuff off of all that stuff so if you want to duster that gets in nooks and crannies and actually pulls things out by this but remember don't save it it's not good once you open it after about a week Read more
So I originally just bought this item as a way to get free overnight shipping. Little did I know that this would become my go-to cleaning method for my yearly cleaning of my collectibles. I have A LOT of collectibles displayed in my room. Statues, amiibos, replicas, you name it. So much in fact, that it normally takes me at least a full 24 hours to dust off everything. With this item, which I’ve nicknamed “The Blob” (for obvious reasons), I’ve managed to cut my dusting time in half. The item is very easy to use and extremely effective. You just grab a small amount and mold it into/around your chosen object. It’s extremely versatile, capable of molding into whatever shape you desire. This allows it to easily remove dust from hard to reach places, like corners and small crevasses. As a bonus, it’s very cheap and comes in a small, portable, plastic jar with a screw on lid. You can toss the jar into a toolbox, drawer, glovebox, or even place it on a desk for easy access. The best part about it is that there’s no mess. There’s no sticky residue on your items or skin. No dust flying through the air or on the floor. It’s simply a cheap, effective, and easy to use product. What more can you ask for? Read more
