After only 45 days of having this backpack the seems started to rip from the zipper making the backpack unusable. I requested an exchange through Amazon and was denied as it was outside the 30 days. It’s disappointing they cannot stand by their products. I do not recommend getting this backpack. We even got a second as my son really likes the reptiles and it did the same thing. Read more
