The Combat Boots Ankle Bootie for Women ended up being a solid everyday wear for me. They have that classic combat look without the heavy, clunky weight that usually comes with it, and the side zipper is a blessing when I’m rushing out the door. I was surprised by how well they handled slick pavement, and they’ve held up nicely after a few scuffs and scrapes. These are super nice and very comfortable too! Very good material and any scuffs came out very easily. I normally wear a 6 but for boots I go up to add room for thick socks. With these I got a 7, but honestly I could have gotten a 6.5 because the 7's are a little too big. I keep tripping over my own feet because I'm not used to it. You can see where the tip of my big toe is in the photo where I'm pointing at it. So if you do want something a little bigger going up only a half size would suffice. Also they come to you in their own protective cloth bags as well which is awesome. Read more
