Admittedly I did not check the dimensions but assumed, yes assumed, it would hold a normal size sponge. It comes with a sponge in it but good luck getting your hand in and out of there without knocking it over. Its super cute, just wish it was big enough to fit a 2in x 3in sponge in. Read more

I thought this would be really aqua/turquoise blue, but it's more of a pastel blue, just barely a hint of aqua if you look at it just right. It comes with a scrubbie, which we might use. Other than the color the product is fine. It is NOT a jar, the "lid" is decorative only. The color accuracy is a big deal to me, so only 3 stars. Read more
