I bought this as I have knee arthritis and also a pulled hamstring. I find this knee support works great for me. I ordered XL and had used chart to determine size. I tire the meniscus in my left knee about a year ago. I had orthoscopy surgery on it last May. That took care of the pain for about six months. Then I got a steroid infection twice since then. They didn't help much. I've tried lots of different over-the-counter braces and compression sleeves. This one is by far the best one I've tried. The pain is reduced by at least 80%.
