FIRST WEAR - SOLE FELL OFF AFTER 4 HOURS

No customer service. Shoe fell apart on first wearing. Right shoe fell apart during my first wearing. I ordered these in May to prepare for the fall, as they were a style similar (though NOT same brand) of another pair, which I am still wearing. Tried them on. They were very comfortable. But, it wasn't until fall weather arrived last week that I wore them for a day, at work. 4 hours in, the right sole came partially off, then shortly thereafter, completely. I was hobbling around my office in one shoe looking for some glue, completely embarrassed. Tried glue later - didn't work. I tired Customer service, but apparently, I'm out of any luck for this pair of completely unwearable $115.00 shoes. BUYER BEWARE! I will happily remove this review if someone will assist! Read more

Wide width too narrow

I ordered a 6W of this boot. Liked the look of this boot, color and style as expected but there were two major problems: - It was WAY too narrow. It was more narrow than many regular width boots I’ve tried. - It’s a challenge to get my foot in. With no zipper and minimal stretch in the shaft, it just isn’t practical. Read more
