I absolutely LOVE this pair of boots. I got these in black AND the crocodile/snake brown color. These Poloma boots are true to size, and fit great. I sometimes worry about ordering my shoe size (10.5) because of the calf circumference. If I am ordering a shorter shafted boot, then I can stick with a 10.5M. BUT for knee-high or over the knee boots, I really need to stick with the WW option to accommodate my large size calfs. So these 10.5WW boots fit me perfectly. The pointed toe and cute heel make the shoe sexy, sophisticated, and sleek looking; while relatively comfortable (compared to other higher heel boots, or flat boots). I think I would be able to wear these all day without my feet killing me. The material for the black boot, does look and feel a lot like real leather. The color of the crocodile/snakeskin brown boot looked more caramel color to me on my computer, and I was a bit disappointed to realize they are more of a Mocha Latte shade of brown. Not exactly what I had in mind, BUT I still like them and I'm keeping the boots. I may order them in the red/black snakeskin color too. I haven't worn either pair outside yet, so I can't speak to how well they will stand the test of time, or to inclement weather. I can't wait to pair these with jeans, or a pencil skirt or dress. I went with the extra wide. My calves are big and I have trouble fining wide calf boots that fit, so I ordered extra wide. Not only do they fit but I have plenty of room to wear them over jean!!!! They are super sassy and stylish. The footbed was a little too wide, but my plantar fasciitis inserts fit and give me foot support. I call this a win! The price is great and the boot looks great. Have very wide feet so bought the 10W- too big in the length. Went down to 9W and definitely not wide enough - super tight. Not sure how the 10 W fit perfectly in the width, but the 9 W was so much more narrow? Retuned both :( Read more
