This product is legit. There are many different settings for the vibration and the light depending on what you want to achieve. I use this every single day and it feels so good on my knee. So far, so good! Received this from my wife as a Christmas gift because I have an arthritic right knee. Painful to do squats and lunges. Started doing this daily for 20 minutes.
