This product is legit. There are many different settings for the vibration and the light depending on what you want to achieve. I use this every single day and it feels so good on my knee. There is nothing structurally wrong with my knee because I did have x-rays done. My pain is from a repetitive motion so it's nothing serious but this is definitely a part of my healing process.
