This chair is extremely comfortable and well built. The cushioning is thick and supportive without feeling too soft, and the high back with headrest gives great neck and shoulder support, especially for long hours of sitting. The armrests are sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and the overall design looks premium and professional. Assembly was straightforward and everything feels solid once put together. I’ve used it for extended workdays and it really helps reduce back and shoulder fatigue. Definitely a great value for the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable office chair. Read more

Comments: I am so happy with my purchase. Shipping was faster than expected, it was easy to put together, and is extremely comfortable. I have been searching for 3 months to find a chair that fit my requirements. I needed something that reclined at least 120°, had arms that moved when reclined, had a pull-out footrest that could be used even when the chair was in the 90° position, and fit my overweight shorter 240lb 5’4” female frame. Most big and tall chairs are made for much taller people and are then uncomfortable for us shorter folk. This one fit just right. Assembly: The instructions were amazingly easy to follow, it does say they recommend two people, but I put it together on my own just fine. The screws and little parts come plastic wrapped to a cardboard back. They are conveniently separated by area of need (i.e., all the items for the base are in one pocket while the arms are in another, etc.) with the names of the parts listed right underneath. I cut through the cardboard for each pocket to get only the items I needed. You only need an Allen Wrench to put the whole thing together and that comes included with extra parts. When finished I took the instruction manual, Allen Wrench, and the extra parts and stapled them together for storage. So far, I do not have any creaking, but the instructions worn against that by making sure the bolts are tightened. They also say that you may have to tighten the bolts again after using the chair for a while which does make sense. Finished Look and Feel: Some pictures show a glossy appearance, but the chair is a matte black which I am even happier about. The white threading is fashionable making the chair look more expensive than it is. The padding for the chair is just right. Not overly done or too thin. The footrest comes out to a comfortable length and the distance is adjustable. The pictures do not show it, but the footrest flips over for storage under the chair. This is nice because it allows the cushion to be a little higher than some others I have tried. The armrests are only slightly too high for me but are comfortable enough that I am not concerned. The fact that they move for use when the chair is laid back is wonderful. Cons for me but maybe not for others: I wish that I could lower the arms below the desk height, but the chair does come close enough to the desk to sit comfortably and use the desk. I am also worried about the plastic housing for the footrest. I am concerned that after some use the screws holding the plastic housing will come apart from the base… only time will tell. The last is the fact that you cannot adjust the chairback in-between upright and laid back. You can only position the back at 90° upright or 135° laid back. It would be nice to be able to push it back into a slight reclining position while doing a lot of typing. Thoughts: This chair was well worth the money and I thank the company for putting such a quality chair on the market at an affordable price. I will be looking for more items from Comhoma to see if quality and value are in all their products. If so, I will be buying more from them. I am already thinking of getting a second chair for home. I am a 320lb man who streams and spends my time chronically on the internet/gaming so I am always in my chair except for when I'm not working. Stability and longevity were the main things I was looking for when shopping as my previous chair lasted me 7 or 8 years. Here is what I like about this chair and then I'll explain a thing or two that I don't: The chair came with everything that it was supposed to and directions for setup were easy to follow. The box arrived in good condition and even arrived a day early. After putting the chair together and taking a seat for the first time, I really felt like I was sitting on a throne. The arm rests are comfortable and can be raised up high and are adjustable horizontally to accommodate a larger or smaller person. The Cushions on the back of the chair are soft and offer adequate support. The Recline is stable even at 320lb and I don't feel like I'm going to fall over or break the chair by leaning back. Now for the negative: The cushion LOOKS good but doesn't feel great. Maybe if you weigh less than I do the Seat Cushion will still feel comfortable after prolonged periods of time, but this chair is marketed as "Big and Tall 400lbs" and I sink all the way down to the wood and feel the fatigue of sitting after about an hour and this will only get worse over time as I continue to break the seat in. I'll be purchasing an additional cushion to address this particular shortcoming but figured I would still mention it. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and the price that I paid but can only give the product 4/5 stars. To the people manufacturing this product, my message to you is spend the extra couple dollars to get some high quality memory foam for the seat and you'll have a 5/5 product. Read more

I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this chair honestly deserves it. I needed something sturdy, wider than the typical office chair, and comfortable enough to get me through long hours at my desk. This one checked every box. The seat is firm in a supportive way, not stiff, and the pocket-spring design actually makes a difference—no sinking, no weird pressure points even after sitting all day. The back support feels great and keeps me from slouching, and the ability to recline so far back (up to 150°) is way more useful than I expected. The footrest is solid too, not flimsy like others I’ve tried. The embossed leather looks a lot more premium in person, and the chair just feels heavy-duty overall. I’m around the upper end of its listed weight limit, and it still feels stable with zero wobble. The adjustable armrests are a big plus for switching between typing and gaming. Assembly was straightforward—took me about 20 minutes on my own. I can say it’s easily the most comfortable chair I’ve owned. If you need something wide, supportive, and built to last, this is absolutely worth it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy and comfortable chair! The wide seat and strong 400 lbs support feel secure and well-built. The ergonomic design provides excellent back support for long work hours. Assembly was easy, and the deluxe embossing looks premium. Great value for big and tall users. Read more
