Was able to build it by myself in about an hour or so, but I will say it’s probably ideal to have a second set of hands helping you just for the sake of holding some pieces in place while you assemble it. Lovely chair. Its nice an spacious, very comfortable. It was very easy to put together. I took off a point cause it won't stop squeaking. Ive tightened an loosen an tightened every screw, ive added oil to the wheels an the lift but lawd it WONT stop squeaking. Apart from that its a really good chair an the price is pretty good. Well, I've gotten tired of that cycle and decided to get a high quality chair, and I'm SUPER happy I did. I have been using this chair for only a few days and already I'm loving it!!! I'm not a big/tall guy (5'7" / 150#) but I wanted this big chair so I had extra room and it's fantastic!! This is an all metal construction, weighs about 40+ lbs. Just the seat and back of this chair weigh more than all the parts of the chair I'm replacing it with. The next thing I'm impressed with is the comfort, especially the foot rest and wheels. The quality of the material (faux leather) is smooth and soft, and quite comfortable. The adjustability of the back and the height is exactly what I need, as well as the lower lumbar support. The assembly was super easy. The instruction booklet is in perfect English, and SUPER easy to follow. The included allen wrench tool is designed to fit in your hand nicely with a contoured plastic handle, so when you tighten the bolts it does not dig into your hand. I previously bought an office chair that was a total flop, so I was definitely hesitant to try again. After a lot of second-guessing, I finally purchased this one, and I have *zero* regrets. The color is exactly as described, the seat is comfortable, and at 5'4", the adjustment features work perfectly for me. Such a comfy chair. I WFH and have a very bad back. I bought a viral chair a few years ago that wasn’t doing it for me. It had a low back and no support for my back. This one has great support. Very easy to put together. The instructions are great and there are diagrams also. I put it together by myself and it took me exactly 55 minutes. I love the foot rest. This was a big thing for me. The media could not be loaded. I weigh 170 lbs and I’m 5’7”, and the chair is wide enough for someone my size. The seat feels comfortable, but the bottom cushion doesn’t have much padding. There is a cushion, but it’s not thick, so if you have lower back pain like I do, you may want to buy an additional seat cushion for better support. I’m giving it 4 stars for two reasons: 1. Defect in the screw hole — One of the screw holes had a manufacturing defect. The screw wouldn’t fit properly at first, and we had to manipulate it to get it in. I will be reaching out to the seller about this. 2. Barcode/manual issue — The QR code in the manual didn’t work, so I had to use the printed instruction booklet instead.
